I really liked this use for

Flickr. I think this kind of project is a good way to generate publicity and interest from content that has already been created. It is also a good way to promote archives, allowing that archivist to really show off their collection. The same can be said of the Library of Congress collection on Flickr, I'll add that the breadth of images that they have posted is quite impressive, although based on the tags it looks like this is just the start.

Flickr: Photos from the University of Michigan

I really liked how Michigan was using this resource, the idea of posting sheet music would have never occured to me.

YouTube Channel: Georgia Tech Mechanical Engineering

I think this represents one of the most valuable potential uses for

youtube for libraries. I would also suggest that it represents a good format for storytelling.

YouTube Channel: McCracken County Public Library

I kind of liked this video... I'm not sure it made me want to quilt but I liked it. I had trouble reading who the artist singing was which I would suggest could represent a copyright issue.
Amusing, professional looking video. I liked it and 1.41 seems like a good price for a bag.

I agree with your comment on the value of promoting archives. What good is the meticulous storing of archival material if no one is going to see it? Using something like Flickr to show the world what is in your archives is a great way to promote interest in your library and maybe even bring people to see in person what is in the archives. As with most of the 2.0 technologies we've discussed this term, Flickr is another winner.
